Warranty:
Magic Sing products have a 12 month warranty. You should send in your completed warranty card within 14 days of purchasing the product.
If you think your Magic Sing unit has a fault covered by the warranty please contact us first. If your problem can not be resolved then we will contact the Magic Sing Australia warranty service department. Please do not send the unit back for service until you have spoken to us first.
