Magic Sing microphones have a 12 month warranty. You should send in your completed warranty card within 14 days of purchasing the product.

If you bought your Magic Sing microphone from "The Markets" online store in Australia and you think it has a fault covered by the warranty please contact us first: Contact The Markets. We will try to resolve your problem for you. If we can not resolve your problem we will contact the Magic Sing Australia warranty service department on your behalf. Please do not send the unit back for service until you obtain a service authorisation from us.
